Jasta 5 Application

STEP ONE:

Read our pilot Code of Conduct.  If you have not read them already, a link is on the menu bar to the left.

STEP TWO:

Complete and submit the application below.  Don't forget to complete Step 3 below too!

STEP THREE:

Your application will be reviewed only after we see you have joined the Jasta 5 Yahoo! Group linked at the bottom of this page. You can join using a non Yahoo! email address.   We do not sell, rent or otherwise abuse your email address.  You can unsubscribe from the Jasta 5 Yahoo! Group at any time should you retire or be shot down behind enemy lines!  If you do not provide a real email address you only hurt yourself, since you will not receive important step by step instructions intended to help new members of Jasta 5 begin their career with us.  

IMPORTANT:  You should receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes of submitting your application to us.  Please add j5greentails@yahoo.com to your e-mail contact list, and be sure to check your SPAM box for the confirmation e-mail, since on occasion our auto mailer can be mistaken for SPAM.  Please add us to your safe sender list.

Your application will not be approved until you subscribe to the Jasta 5 Yahoo! Group linked below!  We use the group to send you additional information about joining our community of flight sim enthusiasts and information to help you get started flying with us.  We also use it to provide our pilots notices about scheduled practices, missions and other important events. 

Please be sure to use the same name and (valid) e-mail address that you listed on your application!  Failure to do so will simply result in your applications being rejected since we won't be able to match your Yahoo! Group request with your Jasta 5 application. If you did not list the correct e-mail address on the application, then simply go back and submit a new application with the correct one and indicate somewhere on the comments that you are amending your earlier application.
