Had an incredible day! Five total sorties resulting in eight victories! I was wounded three times in all my Spad flights, but was able to survive each one. My first flight with J2_Jakob resulted in an Ace-in-a-flight! He was kind enough to forward me the recording file, and I hope to make a video of it.

Cheers!

My report for 14th April, mission 1...some sensitive information has been blacked out so that those nasty Reds don't learn our tactics

I don't know how he does all this. These are great reports.

...and specifically, I don't know how he signs the reports that include his own death!!!

1st mission - took off from Douai in a photo recon Roland with Joker as my gunner. We climbed out to the west backing up Cuban who was doing the trench recon, and if he was successful (which he was) I was tasked to do the 2 northern strategic recons. I got pics of both targets and landed back at Douai completing the mission. After landing Joker took a bomber and headed to the south strategic bombing target and I took off in a Roland bomber and went to the north. I was half way there when J5_Matthias jumped in my back seat. We had about four minutes on the clock and I could see my target and wasn't sure if we were going to make it. we got lucky avoiding the flak and I destroyed the target completing the mission with a minute to spare. I wasn't going to make it home so I turned to the east to run out the clock when Matthias got killed by small arms fire. I somehow survived and the mission ended.

2nd mission - weather canx
Salute! REDMAN

For clarification, the 'Airco D.H.5' was, in fact, a Sopwith Strutter B ;)

Thank you Wulfe, for your participation and contribution tot he event with your dispatches. I would like to request that you hold on your preliminary results as it may likely need to be modified once we are able to resolve the parsing of the last mission yesterday which seems to have gotten assigned to the wrong tour. I also note at least one omission of a pilot who should be included near the top of the list. Once we get the parser data for the last mission sorted you will be able to rely on that for your document with confidence. Thanks again!
