An apology is in order first the subtitle errors that occurred in the mission scoring screens. I did not push the final edits of those subtitles to the server appropriately even though I thought I had. That being said, the "Bulgarian" announcements were tied directly into the Artillery Battery destruction so points were easily assessed and corrected. Similarly, the Short Encirclement is worth 2 points (as posted in the Rulebook), not 8 as shown on the subtitles. Again, easy adjustments. None the less, should have been right on the screen.
