I know that this is your favorite topic and you have really missed me not hounding you for the past year!

Well the good news is that I am BACK and the bad news is that I am Back!

So no more holiday. I expect my reports on time every time - No excuses.

Here is the raw data report for July 2016. We use this to determine appropriate action. It varies from a pat on the head (letter of commendation, promotions, awards) to a kick in the nether most regions.

Please look over this information to ensure its accuracy. I am particularly concern with the reported Streak numbers. It would appear that the data collection is faulty and only reports a streak as at the last day of the month. If your streak was better earlier in the month, it is necessary to inform me directly. Most pilots have done this on their monthly reports (another point of contention but don't get me started with that).

OK, I know that due to someones unexplained and mysterious absence of 1 year (on Jasta secret business) we are significantly behind on the record keeping. I admit, that I did say, I wasn't going to make any exceptions, while bringing the records up to date. I am starting from the oldest and moving forward, however ... I am going to allow a tiny compromise by showing you this sneak preview of an insignificant one line change in the Official Jast 5 Record Book:

Yes, I know, I purposely spelled it wrong (Jast) - so it is not the official, official record book of Jasta 5 (my little compromise).
