Language Localization of Forum

Note: you can now select a native language on this forum as follows:
1 Click your name at upper right under the header picture
2 Select User Control Panel in drop down menu
3 Select Board Preferences tab
4 Scroll down and select desired board language from "my language" field drop down menu.
