sorry I'm not the best at forums and pc stuff. I've been away the the pc world for a few years and feel very behind.
How do I post the image from my hard drive? I'm used to doing the old upload, and the file from my screen shot is about 4.6 meg

First of all you have to convert the screenshot from bitmap to jpg format using Paint, Picasa, Irfan View or MS Office Picture Manager to name a few.
Second, find some free hosting service like Imageshack.us and upload there your work. After the upload, you will be given direct links to your screenshots.
